* supplied me with a Samsung S4 case. On delivery with all things fine I rated * as high. Within 2-3 days of the moderate use, the hinges of the case gave way. I raised this issue with * who initially agreed to help on 19-Sep-2014. But that day till now * have ignored all attempts from me to complete resolution to the issue.
I tried to reach chat support of eBay who bluntly says thry can not help & I need to directly work with seller for the same. EBay did not even share any contact number of the seller where you can reach the seller.
Looks like eBay cares a damn for customer interest & want to protect seller for all the nonsense he does.
I would request all buyers to really think whether you want to consider eBay where there are other customer friendly options available across now.
And remember eBay wont protect you too.
