I purchased one plus two invite coupon from *** . The seller need to activate the coupon. But he doesnt know how to activate it. And the coupon expired after 72 hours. I raised claim for the same . The claim processed after 2 week. They tried to contact me by mobile,but couldnt so they rejected my cliam. That is not notified through mail or ebay message. What a poor service.
And then i tried to chat with one of the customer care executive by chat. She told me to go to service centre what a stupid advice.
I bought the product under manufacter warranty not under ebay guarantee. Even customer care executive is dont know what they saying. Without telling culterless executive closed the chat also.Manisha M. was the great executive's name. And this is the last purchase from ebay for me.
