Enter multiple shipping detail not working

No error message. It accept the dockets but at the end, nothing gets updated. Individual updation is working fine.

Any other sellers facing this?

I did contact ebay customer care. No luck, as usual no efficient response and standard answer 'we will review'

Hope eBay improves their support efficiency soon.
