Im orderd in ebay one 5th july 2016 smartphone but its recived damaged condition so just raise the request to return this item on same day....but ebay claim department till date not refunded cash...or not given any update for claim regarding...they just said your claim is forwared concern team they are working on it....
Whats working on this ...
Ebay return and refunded policy is 20 days
But my claim pending till two months right now i didnt any update for its ..
This is not service providing method...and ebay gives all fake promises ...they not fulfilled any promise...
Like a claim team says with in 24 hr we will call back you for claim update...but they didnt call backed....
They are giving just bull**bleep** reasons ....if your not fulfilled your promises close your company..
