Frozen princess watch rate is high

In the watch parcel ,I saw rate140 rs printed as mrp.but I saw in eBay site rate was 195 + 50 shipping ,.whats going on sir, u crossed mrp so i don't know real rate.i thought eBay good but u r doing this cheap work .return my amount in my account
