i sold an item on eBay and when creating the listing on Ebay
i go through the seller tools and other things and there is mentioned there will be a 1% final value fee if my product get sold and on 17 June my product is sold and i received a mail from eBay that you product is sold and you received 17000 rs in your account and yesterday when i am checking my account on Ebay there is a charges of 859 RS in my account and they deducted the amount from my 17000 RS.so i contacted
Ebay customer care for knowing that what this charges for they said me this charges are for paise pay fee,but now someone tell me when i created the listing they said me you have to pay 1% of total value and now they charged me 5% of total value and the customer care still is unresponsive,i don't know what to do please help me regarding this.
