I bought 2 Auxus stunner phone (paisapay id 41820148112 n 41822094022). I bought this product keeping ebay guarantee in mind. The product ad/description posted on ebay is completely different from the actual product. The charger is not even working on day 2. I raise it wait ebay n asked for complete refund. The claim was closed stating its under manufacturing warranty. Just imagine you bought a new product n you have to visit service centre for a new handset. I want my money back. Is there any way i can file a case under consumer rights.please help me orelse after 30 days ebay will say now money back guarantee is over.
