Ebay india is cheating me with seller

Seller updated that he has shipped the item on 24-08-2015 and given an india post tracking id this was found to be invalid.

Customer care is not responding properly and the item is removed from my paisa pay listing. Its been 25 days since I applied for the claim. When I ask the customer care they are saying that they are waiting for the seller response. In the website it is written that they will close the case in 5 days if the seller does not respond. It is been 13 days since the seller did not respond. What a pathetic experience. Is this the buyer protection you offer ? What is happening ???? I have called the customer care around 7 times and everytime they say I understand sir we want 24-48 hours. I hope they wantted to say 24^48 hours. They will place the call in hold for minimum of 10 minutes wasting the time. The most irritating support I have encountered.
