Bought a HP Black ink cartridge in August'16. I guess one buys such items for future use isn't it! Tried it recently, the printer says the product is defective. Browsed eBay. Asked to contact the Seller. Sent a mail, waited, no response. Sent a mail to eBay, again no response. Spoke to the customer care person. Said sorry, as the order was in August, they can't do anything about it. I wonder when one buys products such as cartridge for future use and later the product is defective one can't do anyhting about it. So friends be aware, there is no such thing as eBay guarantee.
