I have not received the ebay gurantee claim coupon against the shipping charges for more than 20 days now. As per eBay withing 8 working days it was supposed to be sent to me.
Customer support is useless and keeps repating that the coupon will be sent soon.
My claim id 784740. Please act on priority to send me the coupon.
