My name is sushant. I have purchased a product from Ebay, but because the description was not as per original product.
I discussed with claim team as well as with the seller.
Today I got an email::::::
Action : Buyer to provide proof of Return shipment.
I am confused if I ship the product but if in transmit somebody from the courier side( take out the product) and the sellers has not received the product. then what should be done, who will be responsible for that.
And how will I get to know if the seller is lying for not receive of the product.
Please reply urgent as I need to take appropriate action.
