For one month now, i have been going nuts over returning a jacket which is not proper fit. Fortunately I ordered two jackets from same manufacturer and of same size. One was larger than the other though both are labeled XXL large.
Am told that since i asked for XXL Large and item is matked same, as per policy, my claim os not acceptable.
If there were only one jacket, i might have been blamed for asking for wrong size. But 2 jackets of same size have varying girth.
Ebay callers agree to my claim but one odd one will just irritate me by insisiting that since i have recieved what i asked for irrespective of whether its filling or not, my claim will be rejected.
Lets see if courts of the country agree to that
