I had ordered a micromax phone on 9th march 2016, i had made the payment through paisa pay they delivered my product to some other person in madhya pradesh i being from pune..i never recieved the phone and my money has still not been refunded, i have contacted customer care so many times they have agreed that its a mistake from their side but to resolve this issue everytime i am told that i will get a call in 72 hrs i am still waiting, tired of contacting every single day but no response.
I can also name following team members/leaders from Gujrat team i.e; Ravi, Mohit, Suyash and many more they have assured your issue will be resolved its been more then 2 months now, this has wasted my time all this while my money is gone and not recieved the phone yet.
