I had bought for an Kindle Touch and seller was not able to ship within the prescribed time so i asked for refund and Ebay approved the refund on 18th May 2012 Stating that i will receive the money in 3 to 10 working days it has been 20 days and still i did not get the refund.
Called the customer care they are just saying that they will escalate but i dont see any results till date !
Very disappointing.
They created a ebay service req. : 1-3587126757 . Said someone will contact me within 2 days but 2 days already passed no one contacted despite escalation .
Very disappointed seeing that ebay writes that money is secured using paisapay but when it comes to refunding they are not doing so .
