same issue faced by me also. i contacted ebay cc more than 3times, hold time was above 1hour. today one executive named saraswati finally understood the problem on live chat and she informed paisapay team to credit the debited amount for closed claim and the money was immediately credited to my paisapayaccount for next remittance cycle.i was chasing them since last week to credit the debited amount for claim closed in my favor. nowadays on livechat,phone support everywhere the hold time is above 1hour. my estimated wait time on live chat was more than 65mins and my position in the queue was no 46. imagine how many people contacts customer care at a time.ebay cc is flooded with calls.its very difficult now to contact ebay cc.

Ebay is running with some good and reputed sellers only because if we would get good item then there is no issue but when we would get some faulty item then issue is starting and we will get hell-type treatment from Ebay customer care. Long waiting queue in calling, after calling hopeless cc execute picked up, no resolution, only waiting time, if resolved then there is no response for refund, wait for next 7 days, wait for next 10 days, wait for 15 days. Only waiting but no solutions........We can feel we are in Hell....and made biggest mistake. Customer care is seating for making fool to customer only. Most hopeless services. I am deciding to go with Consumer court against Ebay. Now there is no more option available.

we have received a sms that due to tech issue, remittence will not credited. I don't know why ebay is making such a stupid systems for claim. 

buyer raised a claim on 2nd day of purchase claiming, item not received and amount debited directly. 

Buyer is now know how to make ebay and seller fool.

We Also Received the SMS On Same That We Are Unable To Credit The Claim Amount... Ebay Do Not Trust Sellers As Company think that Ebay Sellers Are Running from 10 To 15 Case. Ebay Thinks All Sellers Are Fraudy So Debit The Amount In Advanced... Ebay Think Always Refund Done In buyer Favour... But The Company Not Know We Have So Ebay Grow There Company... If We Are Not Then company Growth is Zero...
