The Seller did not delivered the desired product and what he delivered was not functional. I raised this issue on ebay but they says that they can not arrange a reverse pickup for this product so i need to send the faulty product to them on my own risk. whatever amount would be charged that would be returned in form of ebay coupons not cash.
I requested the seller and ebay to arrange a reverse pick and return my money but both are silent and ebay simply closed the claim i raised without my permission ? How ebay can close a claim prior to my permissions it me who is suffered because of incorrect delivery and faulty product.
Why would a buyer take a risk of sending a product which is already not working and even for that whatever it takes (courier charges) would not be returned as cash.
We order product online to save time and money, I lost both time and money on ebay...
Please try to get this fixed by enforcing ebay to arrange a reverse pickup and return my money in terms of cash.
