Ebay Buyer Guarantee to Protect Sellers

Delivery deadline 05.10.14.

I have not received item till date.

Refund kept on hold since 06.10.14.

I send many mail to ebay on daily basis.

Tiil date no one called me.

As per ebay policy, Refund should be approved after 5 days from delivery deadline. 

Ebay does not follows time line when it comes to his power seller & ebay owned seller.

My experience in purchasing items from ebay power sellers is so pathyetic..

1. Refund kept on hold fo runlimited time.

2. Claim adjuster tries his level best to reject claim.

3. Claim adjuster asks documentary proof  after 3 weeks when it is not possible to get those docs

In case of amazon, flikart situation is reverse. I  can get refund in one day for items sold by their own shops.

Third party items takes max 7 days as there is no claim-adjuster policy to delay refunds,

I also have the experience. These guys are FAKE!!!!! I registered a claim for money refund as the item was not delivered on 22/10/2014 but they did not respond, the claim is still open. When I called up the call centre regarding my issue. After holding the line for 30 mins,They bluntly tell me that you have received your item. When I explain to them that I have not. And that I have raised a claim 7 days back, they simply disconnect the phone on my face.
