EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS! THIS IS HOW WE'RE FOOLED!

The following is a collection of mails b/w me and ebay (baazee) for all to read and see how things actually work! This was in connection to a time when i was really stupid to trust baazee and is in connection to FRAUD sellers i encountered in march-april 2004. Claims such as "buyer protection", "ID verification" is nothing but a farce and utter BULL****!

ANYONE AND EVERYONE is made a baazee member... and when a fraud is committed, after 10,000 calls and emails to baazee and an endless wait, all you get is Rs.10,000 and the SELLER IS LEFT FREE TO LIVE!

I had a really bad experience with 2 sellers on
"BAAZEE", pretty long back: 'silcosia1974' and
'xtreme_torque'. After a lot of emails/calls to
baazee, I got the Rs.10,000 refund as protection.

BUT... what I want to know is, what has EBAY/BAAZEE
done with these 2 frauds? I was promised and assured
from the baazee team that legal and police action
would be taken against them. So kindly do let me
know
what has happened.

Awaiting a reply, and an update.

'Blacklisting' a seller is all that happens after he
tricks people on baazee? Is that all?

And what about Baazee's claims of legal actions
against such frauds?

This is sad...

I thought transactions on baazee would be safe and
secure, but NOW I know they never were. Just about
anybody can join baazee, commit frauds against buyers
and that's it... they're 'blacklisted' from the site.
LIKE I CARE! Like THEY care!

Dear Ateeq,

We regret the unpleasant experience you had with this transaction.

There are times when despite our best efforts to ensure optimum buyer satisfaction, a few of our buyers are left with an unpleasant buying experience. However we take this opportunity to thank you for your patient wait in this instance.

We value your patronage and look forward to seeing you as a regular buyer on the site.

Warm Regards
