I purchased a phone from EBay & the phone is not as per in the description. As now according to their so called great eBay guarantee the phone must be replaced.I raised a claim through eBay but they cancelled my claim because their statement is that go to manufacture we are not replacing products.Actually their aim is just to loot people from our country.So please don't buy any products from EBay.They sell products at low price because in actual their products are defective.Once again I request do not buy any products from ebay
