I am a recent victim of eBay India Guarantee claim. I made purchase of a Lenovo yoga tab worth 17 K from Gromo systems in eBay. It was a faulty piece with no sound. I raised guarantee claim and returned the device. My guarantee claim got approved for refund on 21st may. So far I have not got my money or dd. Ebay Support team just says, we have forwarded your Query to concerned department and no reply. Never purchase any thing on eBay. I am not sure if I get my money back. My guarantee claim I'd 988199 was resolved by EBay. 2 months delay is too much. I had to shift my place as I was relocating and eBay team says they can sent it to old address only to which I finally agreed. but even with that eBay has not returned my money.It's 15 thousand plus ruppes.
