First of all, eBay is a genuine company and is registered under Companies Act with Govt. of India.

From your post I can understand that you have received your purchased item but never received the free gift.

I think you are wasting your time as eBay India has clearly said that nothing can be done since the case is too old.

The chats sessions are surely irritating.More than they solve our queries they waste our time asking for our proof of identity like date of birth,address and phone number.But when it comes to answering our problems,they just give one line answers patterned answers and hang up.We are not able to ask another question to them.
