"As per our telephonic conversation on 23/10/2014, we are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request in form of eBay coupon. You will receive a coupon of 110% of Item value. It will be sent to your registered email address, and you can expect to receive it within 7-10 business days and the same is valid for 30 days. Note: Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded from working days. Thank you for shopping with eBay."
 
More thann 10 business days has already been passed but there is no response from ebay. The customer care is circumlocating the issue several times in phone. I also tried to contact them via chat but their representatinve (Name: ***) deliberately disconnected the chat.
I tried to contact the superviser but they are not forwarding the calls.

I mailed their several times but no response from their side.

I am preparing to go to the consumer court regarding this issue.
