e bay makes false members and doesnt resolve the refund problems. i purchased a battery for my mobile phone through them from Indian market.. the product was not delivered by the courier even after it reached the destination The courier posted all false information to the consignee. the seller told me to approach e bay guarantee but the executive without applying his mind rejected the claim and i lost my money &fith on E Bay .All those wanted to bue thro'E bay please be prepaied to lose money Guarantee is useless. the Callcenter gives wrong information &hope.
