Dont trust eBay Guarantee program

Hi guys

If you see ebay guarantee program, they say 100% Satisfaction or Refund/Replacement

1. They promise within 7 days they will respond to the claim filed. (they took 2 weeks just to get some more info about my claim)
2. They say they will contact the seller and resolve the issue within the 3 days (Its not happend so far)
3. After contacting customer care 3-4 times, finally they said return the product to seller. And there is email communication regarding this in the claim status. when i informed the seller that I'm sending back the item, he said he didnt get any intimation from ebay. and asked us to send a copy of the mail from ebay instructing to return the item.

these guys advertise like they do take care of buyers well, but they dont bother much. their customer care people dont have much knowledge on ebay (one guy even dont know how to check the feedback given for a product).
