I am fed up with your service. I had to reship the item(laptop) and replaced item which costed me Rs.1000 each time. And there is no use when I contact the customer care. Always hear same answer I will get coupon in 5 days. No safety for buyer in higher level of transactions. It is a shame to goto consumer court for just Rs.2000. That is why Am not considering it. Even after raising 2 claims things are not moving easily. It had been 5 months since both claims closed and reship refunds promised. I know writing this too doesn't make any sense.
