I bought Iball slide tablet from ebay some months ago.The display broke and I called up it customer care.They gave me the address of their service center near my place.I gave the tablet to change the display,but they didn't have the product to be replace,so they kept my tablet with them.This was on 8th October.Yesterday 13th October,I called them up,whether my tablet was ready or not.They gave the same reply as above.Never seen such a slow service.
