Hi, I have ordered a new item (Nexus 7 32GB, Wi-Fi, 7in - Black), but have I received an used item. In ebay.in it is shown as new. but I have received an old used item. I have raised the issue in Ebay. So far no resolution or steps taken by Ebay. Does anyone know why Ebay is not monitoring such dishonest activity by a seller, and not providing enough response to customer. Does anyone know Ebay customer suppot is active enough to resolve customer's feedback?
