I am totally not happy with ebay, specially with the trust and safety and
live help. From what happened, I would not prefer suggesting anyone to use
ebay or better I stop using auctions!

Both these items description said item will be shipped free to sellers
city -Kolkata
I bidded on these items since I wanted to give this as a gift to my MOM in
Kolkata (same city as seller), if I won, where the shipping charges IS ZERO
AS MENTIONED IN ITEM DETAILS.
Now I won these items and when I went to pay for it I gave the shipping
address of Kolkata and shipping charges would not change as per the
location.
When I requested the seller to correct invoice he replied:
"Since your Registered address is of Indore and just to save on shipping
charges , I would not be able to revise the Invoice for Local Deliveries.
More so when Free Silver cahins worth more than Rs 100/= each is going with
each item ."
It seems I was chosen winner based on my registered address!!!
Now I replied to him that shipping charges are based on shipping address he
never replied....and in return he gave me an UNPAID Strike!
Today I called him by PHONE as the trust and safety and live help people
told me to do so. THis is what he said - he said he cannott ship to
Kolkata..he says if I would have been in Kolkata then he would have shipped
it. Whats it related with where I am..I may want to ship it anywhere and
give this as gift to anyone....He says since the items are worth much more
then for what I won he cant give it for zero shipping. Now then whats the
use of auction! He should have then given charges for shiping in same city
or better use buy now buttons instead of auction!
He has to give me for the amount I won and revise the shipping charges. The
shipping charges is not being recalculated as per shipping address
He say he does not want to give me this item. As he cant deliver to
KOlkata.....
Check all my sent messages and inbox messages and she he never replied aand
that he only replied once wher3e he said NO.
I am ready to pay but the amount what it is due. And I would like it to be
shipped to Kolkata for zero charges. yes the seller is not revising the
shipping charges.
Now let me see how you ppl can help me complete these transactions!
Everytime you ppl ask me to contact the seller, but did u ask the seller o
revise the shipping charges as per the shipping charges mentioned in the
item and the address I want to ship. Check my addresses - I have this
address and this is the one I keep selecting to ship to but the shipping
charges does not correct and using recalculate link also it does not work.

After all these seller is not ready to revise shipping charges and asks me
to give POSITIVE FEEDBACK!
I am so unahppy with this, after being such a good buyer for all my other
items. Now I feel like not using ebay anymore if you people cannot help.
