Disgusting Customer Service I have ever gone throught.....

I am calling Ebay from last 5 days and the customer service experience is disgusting.

I had a discussion with Supervisor twice and everytime they promised me that they will personally look into this and will ensure that I get a call from some Claim Settlement Section which never happened.

 

I recived just one mail notification which says your phone is switched off and provide us with details ,which i did in 10 mins ...but still from last 3 days i am struggling to get throught the closure.

 

Everytime calling Ebay means 30 mins wait time and then 15 mins wait time to reach a supervisor.....

 

I dont know what is happening to other customers as what we are getting is just false committments from even Service Desk Guy....

HI,

 

I am new customer of Ebay and getting very p[athetic experience from Ebay, Customer Care (Chat) and seller, couurier. I have booked itme on 18/6/2015 and paid amount too. I have been told that itme will reach on 23/06/2015. till date neither i have recd any shipment nor there is update to the transit. When i asked customer care they simply said it will reach and iut will take tim, thne why false commitments? 

 

I have also contacted seller, he told me that shipment is in transit. really very disapponting and pathetic services by EBAY.

If really ebay is customer friendly then he could have not hired such employee and couriers. Once money paid no body cares for customer. 

 

Other customers please take care before doing shopping on EBAY. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING ON TIME OR WITHOUT RAISING COMPLAINT.
