Good decision.

We would like to know the ways to get rid of negative feedback once left it by Buyer.

And like to know ways to revert low DSR's.

As it is CRF was useless.It had only one decision,that negetive feedback will remain.They never even read what the seller or buyer wrote.The voting was also fake.
