I have ordered for laptop on 2nd of july but I didn't received it till 17th. In meantime I have called to customer service but they have simply said like I will receive it but they don know when can I get that so I have cancelled it on 17th and asked them to close the refund asap as if it's closed before 23 means it wouldn't included in my this month credit card bill and I wouldn't get the processing fee and etc otherwise I have to pay the processing fee for this bill . I have clearly mentioned this 2 times to customer service but I didn't get the proper response from ebay claim team
