I received an email dated 13/05/2015 for refund being initiated against my order ID No. 131504789646. I called up your toll free no. on 13/05/2015 and talk to Mr. Aziz Khan who assured me that once you raise E-Bay Claim under E-bay Guarantee I will get the item which I have ordered.The claim ID generated is 1003018 on 15/05/2015 in which I mentioned in the remarks that I want the item I.e I Phone 6 plus 16 GB space grey colour. I don't want refund. So, kindly ship the product.On 16/05/2015 I received email from Ebay that my refund has been approved inspite of my Ebay claim that I want an item and I don't want refund.On 16/05/2015 I called up your toll free no and talk to Ms Krishna who generated F.R.No: 1-48037512050. She assured me that Mr.Vishal Kamle who is a claim adjuster will resolve my claim and ensure that my item would be shipped. I request you to resolve my complaint on top priority and ensure that my ordered item is shipped within 3 working days. I don't want refund. Anything contrary to this would compel me to take legal action against your company.
