Delayed Refund

Hi, I have recently returned an item purchased in e-bay to the seller and the seller has agreed to refund the money upon receiving it. The seller has confirmed that they've receiving back the item on 18th Oct and also that they've advised e-bay to refund the money. I have not received the refund so far.

 

Neither does ebay respond to my emails and customer service numbers takes hours together to get through to be able to talk.

 

This is a terrible experience for me with ebay.

 

I need to know how long it takes to get my money back.

Delayed Refund

 I have not received my item. I have claimed ebay guarantee for refund with the claim ID 703182 for my Paisapay ID is 37610760365 on 21/10/2014. But till now I haven't got payment.
