Delay in deliveey and poor support from ebay

 
 
 
Its very sad to inform that mistakenly i have purchased a led tv from ebay on 29 jun 17 for which delivery date was decided on 5-7 july
On third of july i contacted customer care as item was not shipped from store by acknowledging them that i am moving from my official residence to native place on 13 of july and they assured me for delivery upto 7
On 7 of july ebay generated a cancellation process as item was not shipped 
On 8th the item has been  picked by again making a promise that it will be delivered within 48 hours. 
On 10 when contacted again with customer care of ebay regarding the delay in delivery, they again asked for another 48 hrs
On 13 as decided for delivery i haven't got the item and when contacted with courier service they are asking for another week ....
When going for cancellation the ebay is mailing the customer policy of leaving no place for customer 
 
 
As not supported by ebay for fullfing its promise of delivery the item within the promised date ... should we take support from third party like consumer forum.. or you are going to help me out
