Deffective item received from ebay

Dear team,

We bought a Xiomi Redmi phone in which the sim card was not detected. Upon visiting the Xiomi service centre they have told us that there is a problem with the internal item. 

Inturn we called up the ebay customer care fir returning the product. They are not ready ti listen and they asked me to get in touch with the seller and get it rectified. I want to return this product. I bought it from ebay and you should be responsible for selling defective item through yiur site. Your customer care people are not at all cordial. Request you to provide the address for returning the product and please give me my money back.
