Hello,
I am Pawan Pede regular Ebay customer from last 1 year. Recently I
have purchased Canon SX530 Camera (Price INR 12617) found faulty and
when I have asked for refund there is lot of trouble by Ebay Guarantee
dept. and customer support. its almost 27 days and still struggling to
get Money refund.
At the time of receiveing of Camera it found that it is not working only white screen showing. when we raise claim, we get feedback that we will not get refund of money as well as nor product replacement. this is really frustating.
Need your intervention to get my money back INR 12617 and please resolve issue.
