I regret to inform you that the item I had ordered from ebay (PaisaPay ID 33000351661) from your seller:valueshopglobal is yet to reach me. The DTDC Couriers refuse to deliver the parcel to my house citing the reason that it is not their serviceable area and have been making demands on me to come personally to their office to collect. I like to state that on line Shopping sites Flipkart, Myntra deliver the parcels to my door steps. I kindly request you to please follow up with the DTDC and get the parcel delivered to me. Besides the shipping method states "Flat Rate Courier-Delivery anywhere in India". Please do the needful. It is best that the items be sent by SPEED POST.
