I had ordered tv from eBay. The service of the shipper & ebay was very good. But was unhappy with the courier service. The shipment was couriered by Blue dart one of the good courier services as thought by us. Our consignment was shipped on right time and reached Baroda on 8th Dec early morning as per the estimated time given by eBay. But our consignment was lying at the Baroda warehouse for 5 days and received delivery in 12th night after making continous calls and also visiting their office. So eBay should look into the matter. As we have come to know that blue dart is not prompt in their delivery where the shipment charge is free.
