I have ordered a laptop from eBay on Aug 2016 Amt of 9999 in broken condition.
Hence I claimed for the same. I have received my cheque after 3 months.
I called almost everyday for the same finally i have received my money because i have mailed to grievance id.
I have received a coupon amt of 735 because i had shipped the product form my money.
When i used the code its says "INVALID COUPON CODE".
I am calling every day from 11 December 2016 but still my case is not resolved.
