I have purchased a Dell 1420x Projector form e-bay .com & seller information*** .My Paisa Pay Id Is *** .Projector Very heating problem & light flickering after 10 minutes, I have already booked a complain from dell & Seller also.But dell CST support saying warranty not updated from dell website this & also saying this projector is refurbished from dell . Sir dell CST need printed invoice copy with service tag,seal and signature for validation & updated warranty for dell website then resolve my complain of Dell projector.
i m also send invoice on dell but my complaint as it is due to warranty issue not update .This complaints is already booked before 1 months on dell ,seller not any clear update regarding this complaints & daily change our commitment & not proper help to me regarding this Ccomplaints . Sir plz help to me .i m very frustrated before 1 months .Sir Projector dead before 1 months warranty issue.
