I called to customer service for replacement about my item.my call conected to gurgov in maharastra and i think agent name is gosher. I think ebay should give proper training to their staff before to start work.he is not listend my issue and given very negligble answers.he said ebay will take decision 20 days to replacement my item.i shoped with ebay when am in england so many time.for replacement or refund they didn't take morthan 7 days.am not expected like this experience from ebay india.i dont want to shop with ebay again.
