I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, Device Reshipment has been done by Ebay as on 14th Feb 2018.
this mobile received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with Ebay he said and Email confirm that they are ready to refund the amount Also ebay open a case, the Ebay case reference number is 3406185, As per Ebay Refund time line crossed i email to Ebay but didn;t get any responce i again and again send the email for my Amount Refund, but no one update me. then i also called on toll free number and asked for my refund amount then i got answer that I will receive my refund in next 48 hrs. But till time didn't get refund.
Now it's been around 24 days and till date didn't get refund.
