i am a seller on ebay india. I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had made advance payment to ebay india.now bwcause of some resons, i stopped selling ebay. now i am asking to refund my excess amount. I have called many times to the customer service but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, They didnt reply to my mail also. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak.
