This is regarding my refund claim

I got an email from Ebay india and paisa pay that my claim is approved and refund will be credited in my account within 6-8 days.
I didn't get my refund even after 10 days, so I called the ebay india support, they said that some problem in the back end and asked me to wait for the reply in next 48 hrs, waited ....no reply....called again after 48 hrs....they again asked me to wait for 72 hrs ....waited...no reply....called 5 times....every time I call,...the customer support people asked me to wait for 48hrs.....now its more than 2 months now after the purchase, still my money is not refunded !!
Every time I call they gave a service request number for FREE
VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE....STARTED LOOSING HOPE ON THE BIG COMPANY LIKE EBAY !!!!!!!!!!
