I purchased the product named "Redmi MI MAX ( Buy 1 Get 1 Free ) Tempered glass protector" (291918042561) dated 27 Oct 2016. The item received by me is faulty i.e. the screen guard was not fitting on my mobile screen. The size of screen guard is smaller than the screen size. The customer care representative of EBay denied the Guarantee Claim citing that size is not covered in the claim. It's really scary that I have to retain the product even if it's not meeting our requirement. Whatever product I purchased from EBay has some or other faults and is never up to the mark on quality standards. All the products purchased by me on EBay didn't last more than three months. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM EBAY. Their policies are flawed, products are of substandard quality, vendors of poor reputation. pathetic and unilateral customer care representatives.
