I buy a Samsung tablet on eBay but the seller send me a photo copy of physics book instead of Tablet.
I complained it on eBay customer service and eBay guaranty for my refund with all necessary documents (I have courier open recording also). They told me that your claim is resolved within 20 days as par EBay refund policy but now it’s more than 30 day , still they said wait for more 48 hour(its 10th or 11th time they use the same statement “wait for more 48 hour , this is last time”).
One more thing yesterday on 14th Sep 2016 when I called to customer service they told me that your claimed is processed and you will receive the payment within 6 working days.
Today on 15th Sep 2016 I received a call from Claim department that you should wait for 48 hour last time. (The same statement they told me from last 15 days).
I also have all call recording that I received/called with seller, eBay Customer service and eBay claim department.
