I would like to complain about product (biometric finger print attendance machine order No.191581355856) that I purchased on 22 may, 2015. This is very disappointing that when you are looking for help from eBay team there is no support. I ordered this machine for my business purpose and found that product quality is not upto the mark as described on the website for which I asked for the refund but people in eBay refuse to refund the amount and disconnected the call. I request higher authorities to take some action on this.If things are not soughted, I need to go through legal proceedings or shall contact consumer court.
