Sub:- Complaint with regard to Poor Customer Service following non-delivery of ordered item and refunding of paid amount.
Sir,
I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Core 2 Duos G355H-1 Year Company Warranty (231365915841) for Rs. 7,773/-(PaisaPay ID:37696061485) through your online Shopping site, which was supposed to be delivered on or before 30th Oct 2014, due to non delivery of the ordered item I contacted your customer service twice who rendered a very poor service, as I didn't not receive the product the system automatically initiated for the refund of my money.
Though the refund is initiated on 30th Oct 2014 I have not received my money back till date, I have grievance due to this pathetic customer service, I am constraint to take the help of the consumer court for the redressal and claim for an amount for my grievances.
Please take this as my final notice to pay back my money.
