We sold a Brand New Seal Packed Yu Yureka mobile on ebay and shipped it through DTDC couriers which was packed in a secure pack with a serial number on it. The buyer got the delivery and after 3 days he opened a Claim on ebay stating that he got an empty box when he opened the package delivered to him. Ebay asked us for Scanned copy of proof of delivery and Delivery Run sheet and Declaration letter from the courier .We sent all of them to ebay within the time limit provided by them. After a few days ebay closed the claim stating the reason ' Seller did not respond ' We had sent them all the scanned copies as required by them but still they said they did not receive anything. This is ridiculous , we lost 12799/- due to this. We have all the proofs required , if you need them.
