Hi this is in regards to my purchase of mi4 screen , i purchased it on 1st may .. I received the product which was broken and was not in working condition.. I raised a claim against it on 10 may .. Now its been more than a month now .. I havent got the resolution.. I was asked to send the picture of the product i did that.. Now from last 20 days nobody have contacted me.. I called your customer care every alternate days .. I hv been on calls for 1 hr and more than that .. Every **bleep**ing agent tells me .. Our claims deparment will get in touch with you in 48 hrs ... Nobody called me ..never since then... I am really really frustrated now... Please give me a resolution..
